The protocols were in place to celebrate in person this year at Metropolist for their Annual Pie Night and we could not have been happier to flash our vaccination cards, mask up and be in community while documenting this client appreciation holiday event. It’s always a hit to be gifted a pie and see beautifully (masked yet still familiar) faces… but throw in Coat Drive for our most vulnerable neighbors through the efforts of REACH?!? Sign us up for working to do great things with other businesses, yes, please!
Metropolist Real Estate + Event Venue invited their clients, collaborators and community to an evening of refreshments, music, and connection in tandem with a practice of living their ethos in actively addressing serious social issues. It is always an honor to be able to document their efforts as a business that works to make an impact i.e. addressing the needs of our houseless neighbors and dismantling harmful systems one day at a time.
Even further, we love the opportunity to be able to provide some sweet little photo remembrances for families and friends of all constellations alike, the opportunity to have their photos taken. The sweetness of this gathering was palpable for us – being able to safely remove a mask and hug a friend and have that moment encapsulated means the world to us. SO – without further words to make you keep on scrolling, as we aren’t in fact a recipe blog.
Did you have your photo taken at this event? Here is the link to click/site for you to gather and download your images. please be sure to credit DIWAS Photography if using online. Your recognition and remembrance of our photography business for family, branding, events and weddings is so helpful as we continue to regrow our business that has been radically impacted by this pandemic.
