Seattle Non-Profit Event Photography
Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, Seattle WA
It was refreshing as ever to come together in a new way to celebrate the Neighborhood, the Arts, Innovative Programs, and highlight our young people, and encouraging community to Awaken to the community to create positive change.
This team of awesome goes beyond the paddle raise to generate funds for increased programs, but demonstrates and shares their craft, artistry, spirit, and identity with participates of Destination Delridge, time and time again… inspiring folks left and right.
It was the first time this event was hosted in the office and space of DNDA, at the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center – and it was magnificent. Utilizing all of the public spaces for participants to experience – the theater, the gym/studio, the outdoor areas, hallways, classrooms, and more. Giving attendees the opportunity to contribute some art to the neighborhood maps, win a raffle, reflect on spoken word or bust a move to DJ
Refreshing may be an understatement… it may be accurate to say this event was a balm to the soul. Energizing and invigorating. Impactful, powerful, FUN – all things that Delridge Neighborhood Development Association aims to be – with the framework of arts, nature and neighborhood to build a dynamic Delridge Community.
