We love love love a good love story. A super sweet, hip Seattle duo. A multicultural wedding. A dance party of the ages.
Masami + Crellin felt it was really important to have a great party on their wedding day. A party that celebrated their love while still honoring the cultural commitments and ceremony that accompany that party. It was a success : A team of fabulous and fun Seattle wedding vendors. Enter : Sole Repair Shop, Gingerbee Events, Sane Weddings and Magnolia Rhapsody DJ and cake by Baked. were all key players to having this wedding be an epic party of love.
They got ready at the Historic Downtown Hotel Serento – which, we love. Independently owned and operated with decor that is unique and highly photogenic. Cue unicorn slippers, fresh beats, mimosas, and fancy coffee drinks (because, Seattle) hair and make-up and some of the best people that make up their family constellations. Add a fancy dress by Lainee Meg and complimentary floral ties on the gents, and this team of awesome is ready to get married, eat, drink, and dance.
Sole Repair is where they said their I dos, under an awning of peonies (the whole inspiration of the Spring Wedding) where everyone was moved to tears, and toasts were given, stories were shared and then the taco bar was feasted upon. After the dinner by Quinn’s the dancing commenced…. and almost didn’t stop. The songs were mixed on sight to appease all of the people at the party, which is no small feat, but a typical occurrence with Magnolia Rhapsody (seriously, book them.)
And these fine folks were just the very best to be with all day. We regularly feel just the luckiest when we get to celebrate love with such phenomenal people and be trusted to capture their most special moments… and the candid wedding photos of the people they love and adore that celebrate with them.
