Turning 15 is kinda a big deal. During this age and stage of life, from both personal and a global perspective, every cultural milestone and celebratory event is worthy of a party (and being photographed) with those that are near and dear. So bring the most excellent venue, the best views, the tastiest bites for the teenage palettes, and add some beats, the family and friends to help get the party started, and keep it going.
It’s always a treat to see young people show up in their fanciness while also holding true to their identities. Gowns and combat boots, Bow-ties, suits and Chuck Taylors – these ages and stages are good times to look back upon as they all pass too darn fast.
We love it when we’re able to be invited into these sweet, special places where folks gather in the name of love and/or community… where they are treated to a good time, and accepted as the people they are. We are always so grateful to get to know our clients, to learn their stories and histories, and communicate their stories through our lens. The connection, the love, the jubilation, the dance moves were next to none – our hearts are full, just as Sofia + her family’s was to see this party come to life.
