Event Fresh, at Seattle’s Washington Hall, was a chance to kick off 2024 with wonderful good vibes for the community, and a chance to work in service of our values. Event Fresh is an intentional + inclusive event showcase curated by Synchronicity Events, Functions + Gatherings, and us DIWAS Photography, hosted by Washington Hall. The vision was to bringing in some of the funnest and finest event industry professionals in Seattle that have been a part of the event landscape for some time, as well as professionals that are just getting started. Let’s just say – it was awesome, from the behind the scene plannings/design to the actual event. SUPER stoked to do it again!
Here are a few images from the behind the scenes featuring our local Seattle event pros to show you all the love and labor that goes into creating a successful and memorable event experience. From hand crafted and on-site painted statement backdrops of the iconic custom photo booth from Dress Up Box Studio to catering scenes created by Kay Catering + Madres Kitchen, to printed awesome macarons that could be branded OR have your dog’s face on them via Macarons, to epic lighting by Crimson + Haze with sweet beats by Bamboo Beats, Seattle’s premiere DJ, and gorgeous dynamic florals by West Seattle’s favorite florist in the Admiral Junction, Flower Lab.
Such a gift to work in collaboration to pull together a uniquely inspiring, meaningful boutique event experience showcasing 23 local businesses that are SO helpful as Seattle event industry professionals, each bringing their own bit of event magic to the floor: Wild Cats Catering, 321 Foto, Yossi Face Art, Pedersen’s Rentals, The Pazific, Revel Rouser MC’ing, Energia Events for stage backdrops, incredible entertainment by Tymira, delightful bites by Hot Chocolats and Boarded by Alex.
